For nearly three decades, our focus has been to create a framework that compels and equips Christian business leaders to achieve excellence through the power of peers. C12 isn’t simply a business bible study or a Christian business networking group. It’s an architected environment for transformation.
C12 helps CEOs and executives of growth-stage companies calibrate the entirety of their businesses through our signature 5-Point Alignment Matrix—continually evaluating and aligning revenue growth strategies, financial stewardship, cultural development, and operations within a framework of Business as a Ministry (BaaM). Our rigorous, interactive curriculum empowers C12 members to lean into challenges and leverage the opportunities of today’s marketplace.
C12 offers a framework that gathers, compels, and equips Christian business leaders to achieve excellence. Together, C12 members dig into challenges, seize opportunities, and develop strategic plans—for both prosperous and adverse seasons. The stakes are high. But without margin, the mission stands still. With C12, brands like these have worked to build great businesses for a greater purpose.
C12 meetings are perfectly balanced from a biblical and business perspective. Because of the practicality, C12 has been instrumental in our company’s transformation. Our company is vastly different from 8 years ago before I joined C12.

Each day, business leaders face challenges, opportunities, and decisions with significant downstream impact. This considerable responsibility may cause them to feel lonely at the top. The weight can be immense, but so is the reward—particularly in pursuit of honoring God by how they run their companies. Eliminating the daylight between our faith and work requires diligence.
For three decades, C12’s singular focus has been to create a framework that compels and equips Christian business leaders to achieve excellence through the power of peers.
C12 helps CEOs and executives calibrate the entirety of their businesses through its signature 5-Point Alignment Matrix: continually evaluating and aligning growth strategies, financial stewardship, cultural development, and operations. Our rigorous, interactive curriculum empowers C12 members to dive headfirst into the challenges and opportunities of today’s marketplace.
The C12 experience is different because every C12 member views their business as a platform from which they can produce a Kingdom impact in the marketplace—a platform we refer to as a Business as a Ministry (BaaM).
C12 is designed with a perpetual discipline of assessment, planning, calibration, and coordinated action.
Together, companies rise to market-leading levels of employee engagement and performance, customer satisfaction, operational fitness, financial well-being, and cultural vibrancy—and unleash uncommon eternal impact.
C12 illustrates this process with its BaaM Framework. Our strategic planning disciplines encompass the entirety of a business and encourage specific goals and strategies for each dimension of the 5-Point Alignment Matrix (5PAM).
A business can be great and accomplish its greater purpose by fulfilling each layer of the framework—anchoring in biblical core principles, identifying an annual primary focus, setting objectives for each area of the business that support the primary focus, defining measurable goals for the objectives, and executing the necessary actions.
Leaders who build and reinforce a strategic plan based on this framework equip their organizations with meaningful work and critical direction. This alignment leads to improvements in employee engagement, decision-making, and business performance. Explore C12 membership today by taking a short survey to get started.
Results matter. C12 does not condone the status quo, because without margin, the mission stands still. We believe that what we do is greater than what we say, which we assert with our call to action. Do > talk.

C12 membership is invitation-only but open to any CEO, business owner, or executive of a growth-stage company with 10 or more employees and greater than $2 million in annual revenue. Although these are the minimum qualifications, there are many companies in C12 with tens of thousands of employees, billions in revenue and every company size in between. The first step to exploring membership is to speak with a local C12 market leader to determine qualification and fit as they work with you to find the optimal forum in your area.
Yes, C12 is a dues-based membership paid monthly. This fee-for-service covers your monthly meeting experience and materials, as well as your monthly one-hour individual coaching session. Dues amounts are determined locally based on market economics and dynamics.
C12 is more like an ongoing fitness program rather than an emergency room. Therefore, members typically participate in C12 for 5-7 years on average as they work to grow their business. Because of the high return on investment most companies realize through C12, we have hundreds of members who have been in C12 for decades! C12’s retention rate for membership is the highest in the peer advisory group space, both secular and faith-based.
Our C12 Business Forum Chairs are full-time entrepreneurs, many operating as independent business owners of a C12 franchise in their market. C12 Chairs are responsible to serve the local members by facilitating world-class in-person meeting experiences, offering individual executive coaching services, and providing market leadership and development for C12. There are several channels to become a Chair, but the process begins with a discovery call with our C12HQ recruiting team.
C12 offers a Key Player Business Forum designed for executive leadership and senior management of C12 member companies. To maintain confidentiality and group equivalence, Key Players meet separately from CEO/owner members. The experience, however, is similar, with exclusive Business Forums monthly, executive-level curriculum, a biannual business presentation for peer feedback, and personalized leadership development. Enrolling multiple members of a company’s leadership team in C12 enhances vision alignment, strategic plan deployment, and business performance.
